Friday - Got off work and went home and took a nap.  the nap was great but when I woke up my foot hurt really bad.  Took some pain killers and headed out to a friends going away party.  Had a great time at the party. Friday night Headed down to LA area and crashed at Sir Jamals house before an event.  Was very thankful for not having to get up at 4 am on saturday to get to the event on time.  Instead we stayed up late and went and put our feet in the ocean.
